Trail Runner Dog Leash - Strong, Compact, Lightweight Bungee Lead

Got this with the matching running belt to use with my pup. I usually run with him off lead but can’t so in lots of places so previously just ran holding his lead. This system is a game changer. It lets him run from side to side in front of me, and the stretch in the lead means we’re not both jolted around too much by the other running. We are getting the hang of it but he still sometimes runs behind me. My only issue with this is I have to buckle it tight in my ‘hip dips’ or just under my hip bones otherwise it slowly slides up while I run which is annoying. The storage pockets are very handy. overall I love this and am happy with my purchase! Would recommend for running with your pup

I bought this leash specifically for running with my dog, who wears a flat collar only and runs with me at heel both on & off the leash. This leash is exactly what I had been looking for -- it's lightweight and forgiving. The equipment/clip doesn't interfere with my dog's gait, and the leash isn't heavy on my wrist. The leash stretches enough to avoid strain on either of us if we happen to go in different directions or when one of us needs to stop unexpectedly; it feels like we are each able to accelerate and decelerate far more independently and naturally than with a normal leash. I'd recommend this leash to anyone who runs with a relatively obedient, easy-to-control dog for a smoother running experience. I will certainly buy another lightweight bungee lead when this one wears out.

I have paired it with the trail runner with hip belt and use it to run my vizsla. The lead is longer than it looks and stops my dog from jolting against me with the extra stretch. The lead is perfect length when not stretched for running as well.
