After lots of research I purchased this for my 14 month old border collie puppy in size small. It fit exactly as described and supports her tummy and neck safely without hindering movement at all, she chased jet skis up and down the river bank, jumped off the boat and paddle boards, and generally played with confidence. The handle was really great for pulling her back onto the boat, and also holding onto her when needed! I would recommend to any dog owner, and will be repurchasing in a bigger size when she has grown! I paid for fast track delivery and Canine Spirit had it packed the same day, delivered next day.
