The Crag EX Dog Leash by Ruffwear is an adjustable dog lead that's multi-functional:

    • Use it as a Long (1.8 m) or Shorter (1m) Lead - Easily adjust the length from 1.1m to 1.8m (3.5 to 6ft) using a metal slider on the leash.  You can use the lead fully extended for leisurely walks or shorten it when you need your dog walking closer for more control.
    • Use it Hand Held, Wear it around your Waist, or Secure it Around a Post - The adjustable padded handle has a side release buckle so you can:
      • use it as a normal lead holding it in your hand, or
      • adjust it open to wear it around your waist when you want to be hands free (e.g., when jogging), or
      • when you need to secure your dog at a cafe, etc, you can clip the lead around a post or tree.

Plus, there is a convenient accessory loop on the handle for pick up bags or to clip small items.  Reflective trim woven into the lead also gives better visibility in low-light.

Made from Tubelok webbing, the dog lead has a secure, swiveling, anodised aluminium Talon Clip to easily secure it to your dog's collar or harness.

        Ruffwear crag leads

These leads are adjustable length and very sturdy. The handles are padded and have clips so you can attach your dog to a fence or post while you stop for a drink, you can also attach to your waist. The colours are really cool and bright for visibility it makes the walk easier so there is more time to enjoy the time with your best friend 🥰

        Perfect fit

The xxs size harness is a perfect fit for 21 wk old Italian greyhound, with still room for growing having the lead connection at the front is perfect to help with pulling.

Great lead, love the colour and the flexibility

Great lead, love the colour and the flexibility being able to hand hold or hands free, very comfy and easy to adjust. I have a 3 year old Cavelier x Cavoodle, I found leads to be too long or too short if you are wearing it around your waist or over the shoulder, this lead can be extended or shortened, so useful, exactly what I needed. The padding makes it comfortable to hold and the lead feels very strong. Love it.

        Great lead, highly recommend.

The clip is sturdy but light. I've had standard clips on other leads open. So dangerous. Great length and good quality and I use the clasp at the end for safe tethering when we're out at a Cafes etc.

        Can’t go wrong with Ruffwear

Had a Crag Dog Leash which we love but decided it would be good to have one that adjusted in length and wasn’t disappointed!

Broken buckle and no way to replace

The buckle was broken on the second day I received it. I paid to get a spare buckle but there is no way to sew it back.

        The best leash!

We love this leash, it’s colorful, reflective. The best part is being able to wear it round the waist for more hands-free and adjust it for hand-held and a little more control. Would buy again.

        A lead for all occasions

I like to take my greyhound with me whenever I can and this lead has made that super easy. Particularly securing him outside of shops.

Good leash but prefer old clip

The new fabric+metal hook clip on the leash grip is harder to manipulate than the old plastic snap-loc, requiring two hands and several attempts to release and close. The old snap-loc could be done one-handed if necessary, in a fraction of the time with no sacrifices of safety.
