Measure snugly but not tight - a properly fitting harness should be snug but still allow you to fit a finger between the strap and your dog's body.
Is your dog's chest 'exactly' on the border between sizes and a stable weight/fully grown? If so, Ruffwear recommends choosing the larger size.

Have a young dog/puppy that is still growing? To help work out what size might be best for your growing pup:
Hold the tape measure around your dog's chest at the max measure for the size they fit currently. E.g., if your pup currently sits in a size Small (56-69cm), then hold the tape measure around their chest at 69cm.
This will show you how much 'growth room' that size harness has, but also will show you how much the next size up will tighten to.
Two leash attachment points(back clip & front clip) - A strong aluminum V-ring centered on the back for everyday walks. Plus a reinforced webbing attachment point on the chest can be used for training by redirecting dogs that pull.

Training your dog not to pull? Here's how the Front Range Harness can help!
The Front Range Harness has a reinforced webbing lead attachment point on the chest that can be used alongside proper training techniques, such as voice and reward training techniques, to help deter pulling. The idea behind this is that if a dog pulls too hard when the lead is attached to the chest, it will direct them towards you (like reins on a horse). Care
Secure the fasteners and hand wash with mild detergent. Lie flat and air dry (do not put in the dryer).
The front harness is great for our kelpie. We are enjoying the ease of putting it off and on and the comfort for our regular leash walks. Also great for training and reinforcing no pulling for an active dog

Comfortable harness and easy to put on
Great harness that is so easy to put on and sits comfortably on our dog. She hated putting on harnesses as some previous ones were so difficult and stressful to put on her and they would sit awkwardly. This harness is by far the best we’ve tried and Rosie is ready and waiting to go for a walk without any issues.

Fits my staffy well
My dog is an AmStaff cross - approx 30kg and the medium fits her perfectly. I bought the orange which turned out to be quite a lot brighter than I expected- almost like high-Vis!

Absolutely love this durable, comfy harness.
This is an awesome harness which fits my Cobberdog puppy perfectly..the front attachment helps with lead walking while I train her to walk by my side....Ive used these harnesses on my dogs over the last 15 years and can vouch that they last for years. They are perfect for beach dogs as handle the saltwater without perishing.

Love this harness
We had an orange one of the same make for our border collie that lasted 7 years through a round trip of Australia and many adventures requiring lifting and support from the harness including water activities. The last harness still works but it’s a little faded after seven years so we thought of getting a new one to match with our second border collie. Love this brand and love this make of harness.

This was the 3rd harness brand I'd tried for Sunny, our mini bordoodle. And finally have found an excellent harness, very happy! Sturdy and well made, but still light weight, sizing instructions and sizes are true, looks great and super quick and easy to put on/take off once the straps are adjusted to exact fit. Gives full range of motion for her. Highly recommend. Also postage was quick, V happy.

This is a great product! Fits my corgi really well and I find it is very supportive for them. Minimal rubbing behind their legs with my long breed! 10/10 Product
I've been using this bag when trail walking with my two greyhounds and it's fantastic! No smell. I don't have to manage carrying two or more poo bags with two dogs anymore. It's excellent quality and works great!
Fits our samoyed x golden retriever really well, he has quite a deep chest and the coat fits snugly with some room to lengthen the straps if needed. Only had to use it once so far but feels well made and kept him dry.
