This multi-use, long length body dog harness has integrated evaporative cooling technology in the back and chest/belly panels. So, if your dog is a harness wearer then the Swamp Cooler Harness is a good way to keep your dog cool without having to layer additional cooling gear over the harness.

It also has buckles for easy on/off, is highly adjustable, has a quick grab back handle & strong leash connection points.

Absolutely love the swamp cooler harness for my long haired miniature dachshund. Some mornings the temps are still on the warmer side and I soak the harness in water before we head out. I’ve noticed that she stays cooler with this harness than if I use her regular flagline harness (not panting as much or stopping as much). We only go out in the early mornings on the really hot days to help avoid heat stroke. But there are still mornings where we really need that extra cooling the swamp cooler provides. Especially since my girl’s coat is black and tends to absorb all that radiant heat a bit more easily. The XXS is the perfect fit for her and I’m super glad it’s made that small. Love it!

Great harness

Keeps our staffy cool when it gets above 25 degrees. Real life saver in the Aussie summer. Make sure you bring enough water in case it dries up while on your walk. Only minor issue is that it gets dirty quite quick but that’s to be expected

I highly recommend this harness, especially for whippets ,our boy and girl were little escape artist ,but now we have full control and the handle on the back gives me even more confidence walking our pair as we are in a high kangaroo area and the bright colours look great too

Brilliant service

Ordered a XL jacket for my dog, thankfully I was contacted to ensure XL was the correct size, as my dog is a Newfoundland i was confident it would be. However at the encouragement of Carolyn I remeasured her repeatedly and discovered for a 'firm' fit the L would be better. It arrived and fits perfectly with a small amount of adjustment still available.

Great quality and customer service

The back pack is very good quality, and the customer service is great. My dog's chest measurement fell right between two sizes, so I sized up. Unfortunately I momentarily forgot that by dog is big boof with a barrel chest and she ended up looking more turtle-dog than hiking dog. 🐢

Canine Spirit got back to my email quickly and were more than happy to exchange sizes - I can't wait to take my dogs on some walks with her new backpack.
