Front Range Dog Leash - Classic, Strong Dog Lead

We got this for our Golden Retriever puppy. We’ve had retrievers before and we wanted to train her not to pull on the lead. The front harness is exactly what we were looking for and she’s walking so much better now and is so much easier to manage. The harness is comfortable and sturdy and we got the matching lead. A good purchase!

This is a good leash it is solid and durable with good stitching and clip. To be fair we did pop off the 'locking' part of the clip which we didn't need it, this made the clip easier to open / attach / detach. I was worried it was going to be a little short but it is a good length. If you're looking for bright leash I can recommend the Blaze Orange

Using it on a frenchie that has had cruciate ligament surgery and has to be on a leash at all times. I bought the harness as well on the recommendation of a dog physio.

I recently invested in the Front Range Leash - Classic, Strong Dog Lead after researching the lockable clip and so far it’s been great. I love these leads. They have this really handy loop a quarter ish past the clip that allows you to comfortably shorten the lead and hold it without the worry of it pulling through your hand. Highly recommend.

Doesn’t fit around the neck of my long haired Finnish Lapphund. It doesn’t open enough for her thick haired ‘rough’ but there is plenty of room around the belly to tighten up.Damn shame but just not suitable for long haired breeds unless they expand the neck area a whole lot more

I ordered this lead after our italian greyhound managed to twist and turn and open the latch on his existing lead. I chose this one because it looked secure however the spring on the clasp is nowhere near heavy enough - I haven’t even used it. I’ve considered returning but I think it’s too late now. It may be ok for a very placid dog or one with good recall, but for a jumpy/not coming back if they get off type of dog this product isn’t suitable.

Happy with the Front Range leash. The padded handle is comfortable to hold and the extra handle near the clip is a great idea and good for controlling the excited puppy! I found it a little long though so I tied a knot half way to make another handle and to prevent it looping under his leg. Now it’s perfect, long enough to allow for loose lead walking and an extra handle for additional control in tricky situations.

Love this lead! Perfect for my greyhound and I. Very strong with a comfy padded handle and handy low loop handle to keep my dog close when needed. Very sturdy locking mechanism that’s easy to unclip but also very secure.

It feels much nicer in the hand than the rope type leads I've had so far. Very strong and durable. Especially love the little handle down low that I can grab onto when I need my dog close to me.
